Generally if you are going for loud, you should focus on high velocity, high pressure, and rapid mixture and ignition. A good way to do that would to creat a venturi so you premix the fuel and air, and also delay ignition, thus creating a fuel-air explosion, instead of just burning propane. This is significantly more dangerous, as it is an explosion. But yeah. There's a lot of propane-killing experience on other tribes.
